at GUIDE builders group, we approach each one of our custom builds as a once-in-a-lifetime adventure… and we are your GUIDE.

you tell us where you want to go with your project, and we take care of the planning and execution with the goal of keeping you smiling along the way.

we are not your average contractor – we jump into the weeds of design, materials, methods, details etc… it all matters in our book!

the GUIDE way

DESIGN – we work directly with clients to determine the right program, features, and stylistic approach for a custom home or renovation project. we value good design and enjoy guiding projects through the process vs being a spectator on the sideline.

TEAM – we don’t just build houses; we also build teams. we bring together the right team of design professionals to execute your vision. we enjoy establishing relationships with the best architects, engineers, and interior designers, and we don’t mind playing quarterback.

COLLABORATION – communication and coordination amongst the owner, design team, and GUIDE is always flowing. there are hundreds, if not, thousands of questions and decisions during each build, and we’ve figured out how to navigate most of them.

EXECUTION – if you can dream or draw it, we can craft it. we team up with skilled trades and artisans at the top their game.

FUN – let’s be real… construction, especially custom residential can be stressful. we do our best to keep things positive on site and for our owners. laughs are encouraged.
